This week Jamie talks to Gabrielle Olya and Dahvi Shira, both former E! and People magazine/People.com red carpet reporters. We talk all things Jersey Shore, Jamie’s love for Mike the Situation, all the new teeth, the Ronnie drama and Sweetheart Styles.
We then get into what it was like to watch Justin Bieber’s rise to fame from a reporter’s perspective and then Gaby tells us what it was like to fly to Las Vegas and drive 100 miles to the infamous brothel, Bunny Ranch, to interview employees about Lamar Odom’s overdose. We then talk about Gaby doing Kim Kardashian’s first interview after she divorced Kris Humphries and all of our experiences interviewing the Kardashian-Jenner girls. Dahvi even spills the tea on a never-before-heard Kim K story (hint: it involves Khloe’s wedding to Lamar).
After that Dahvi tells us about the time Felicity Huffman was super rude to her on the carpet, behind-the-scenes insider info on BEING a red carpet reporter and more. We then get into Jamie and Dahvi’s INFAMOUS Linday Lohan story (hint: she kicked Dahvi out of an event in 2009) and the absolutely hilarious Dina Lohan Cameo Jamie bought Dahvi for her “31st” birthday (this part is hysterical, trust me). And we end the podcast with two ridiculous stories about Jon Hamm – one from Jamie and one from Gaby.
